As we prepare to open our doors, we're looking to build a team of passionate, hardworking people who want to be part of the Ro's journey from day one. Whether your experience is in customer service, coffee, food preparation, kitchen operations or hospitality, we're seeking individuals who take pride in their work and genuinely enjoy being part of a team.

At Ro's, we're creating a space centered around quality food, great coffee, thoughtful service and community. As a small team, everyone plays a role in the overall experience, so we're looking for people who are reliable, proactive, adaptable and willing to get involved wherever needed.

Ro's will operate seven days a week, and currently have casual positions available across both front and back of house.
